1. Steam Heating Reactor Working Principle


The working principle of steam heated reaction kettle is to pass the boiler steam into the jacket of the reaction kettle, and transfer the steam heat into the kettle, so that the materials in the kettle absorb heat for reaction. Steam heated reactor, using steam as heat source for heat transfer. There are three ways of steam heat transfer: jacket heat transfer, inner coil heat transfer, outer coil half tube heat transfer. At present, the advanced heat transfer technology of reaction kettle is the outer half-tube steam heat transfer technology, which overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional heat transfer technology, such as low thermal efficiency and large diameter of the reactor body, and reduces the thickness of the inner pot of the reaction kettle and saves the manufacturing cost.
