Materials can be heated by electric heating rod, heat conduction oil, steam. The reaction kettle is composed of a pot body, a pot cover, a stirrer, a drive shaft, a shaft seal device, a transmission device and other auxiliary parts.
Operation requirements: the heating should be slow, especially the first time to pay attention to prevent oil steam and water vapor boiling. When there is no material in the pot and the pot is empty, the hot power supply and heating oil jacket shall not be opened for test. Circulating heat conduction oil heating can not be used instead of steam heating.
